University Mental Health Day 2024

All our universities have Student Services that offer a range of wellbeing support including counselling and signposting:

And the University Retreat is on Talbot Campus providing help for students from all three universities, who find themselves approaching or in crisis.

Online, Mind and Student Minds have plenty of resources on their websites.

And if you head to the services pages on our website, you’ll find a range of services that students can access – and a brilliant NEW resource from Dr Camila Devis-Rozental, Bournemouth University’s Principal Academic in Socio-emotional Intelligence.

We’ve also drawn on Dr Camila’s expertise as creative illustrator and published author to collaborate on a guide to Stress and Burnout – including some multi-sensory ideas to cope with exams:

Discover tools and techniques to manage your wellbeing with Dr Camila’s book ‘The Student Wellbeing Toolkit,’ which you can find here.
