We are Dorset Mind; we’re a pioneering local charity that educates, challenges mental health stigma and inequality, and promotes recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience. Our support groups, counselling and accredited befriending service help people regain social skills.
We also deliver educational wellbeing programmes for schools and workplaces and provide volunteer opportunities across all areas of the organisation.
We are part of a network of 130 local Minds in England and Wales.

Please note we are not a crisis service. If you are in need of urgent help please follow this link
