What we offer Young People:
Young People 121s
1-2-1 sessions are delivered face-to-face or online. These safe spaces provide an environment where you can talk about your thoughts or feelings with a trained member of staff or volunteer. Our 1-2-1 services, ensure young people feel heard and listened to within a confidential space.
Young People Groups
Group support can help young people develop key social skills. Group sessions are suitable for young people experiencing mild-moderate mental health needs. Within sessions, you will learn key skills to support your mental health and wellbeing. Group numbers are limited within groups, ensuring space for participation from all.
Young People Safeguarding
If you suspect someone is taking advantage of a vulnerable young person, you must report this as a safeguarding concern. Break the silence – and don’t delay.
