1-2-1 sessions are delivered face-to-face or online. These safe spaces provide an environment where you can talk about your thoughts or feelings with a trained member of staff or volunteer.
Our 1-2-1 services, ensure young people feel heard and listened to within a confidential space.
YP Active Monitoring (for 11-18yr olds)
Active Monitoring is a programme of supportive intervention and guided self-help to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
YP Counselling (for 11-18yr olds)
Dorset Mind is working with the Purbeck Youth and Community Foundation (PYCF) to provide face-to-face counselling for young people aged 11 to 18 years old living or going to school in Purbeck
