Access Wellbeing
Access Wellbeing offers free mental health and wellbeing support to anyone aged 18 and over, with no appointment and no referral needed.
Whatever’s on your mind, our friendly wellbeing coordinators can take the time to listen, then help you to find a way forward – whether that’s for your mental health and emotional wellbeing, or practical worries such as money, work or housing.
Access Wellbeing is delivered through a partnership between the NHS and five charity partners – BCHA, Help & Care, The Lantern Trust, Harmony and Dorset Mind. Dorset Mind manages services in North Dorset, including Access Wellbeing drop-in spaces in Gillingham, Shaftesbury, Sturminster Newton, Blandford and Sherborne.
