Women in Mind is a group for Women that takes place online. The sessions are 2 hours and take place over the course of 6 weeks.

Our experienced Women in Mind Group Facilitator leads the conversation.

Each week a chosen topic is discussed.  Subjects covered include:

  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • Low mood and depression
  • Stress
  • Anger
  • Grief and loss
  • Loneliness
