About the Event

As part of Dementia Action Week join Eco in Mind to create a variety of nature-based art to give to the local community and raise funds for local charities.

This event provides an opportunity to learn about nature-based arts such as flower pressing and art to boost your mood whilst connecting with others in an amazing community-growing space.

Nature-based art allows you to take notice of colours, textures and shapes helping you to be present, reduce a busy overthinking mind and support your mental wellbeing.

Join this group activity in Ferndown. The session will be delivered by our friendly Eco in Mind team.
