Linda joined Dorset Mind as CEO in January 2022 and brings over 30 years’ experience of working in the third sector with her.
She holds a wealth of experience in the field of dementia and older people’s services and is passionate about ensuring that participants are placed at the heart of everything we do at Dorset Mind.
As a result of her personal experience as a carer, she is fully aware that navigating the system can often feel like a minefield for people who need our support. Hence her top priority will be to ensure that we continue listening to participants, so that a seamless and consistent journey for people across Dorset is the normal at Dorset Mind. We cannot do this alone and forging collaborative partnerships is how Linda will work across the county with other stakeholders to ensure we expand our reach to those who need us.
