Supporting employees is essential
Managing and supporting employees’ stress and anxiety at work is a critical and growing challenge for employers. This course helps delegates understand the stress and anxiety they may be experiencing as well as providing lots of practical hints and tips for managing their own mental health. Awareness and understanding of the impact of mental health is increasing. But we still face a world where many employees feel unable to speak up about stress and anxiety they are experiencing. And importantly for businesses – how it is impacting them in the workplace.
