19 August – Emotional Resilience
2 Septmeber – Stress and Anxiety
16 September – Depression
Cost: £45 per delegate for half day, £75 for a full day.

The BCHA Festival of Wellbeing
Hosted by our fellow charity organisation BCHA, at Boscombe Gardens, the Festival of Wellbeing offers activities such as art, street theatre, dance, face-painting and live music for all.
Bournemouth Churches Housing Association, which supports the homeless and other vulnerable people, is holding the event in partnership with similar organisations.
Dorset Mind will be attending – we’ll be taking our stall and hope to increase awareness regarding who we are and what we do
to help people with mental health issues receive the support they need
The event runs from 1-4pm. For further details visit: facebook.com/bcha.org.uk.
