Supporting employees is essential

Managing and supporting employees’ stress and anxiety at work is a critical and growing challenge for employers. This course helps delegates understand the stress and anxiety they may be experiencing as well as providing lots of practical hints and tips for managing their own mental health. Awareness and understanding of the impact of mental health is increasing. But we still face a world where many employees feel unable to speak up about stress and anxiety they are experiencing. And importantly for businesses – how it is impacting them in the workplace.

Great training and lots of important information and topics covered to take away with me to use moving forward. I’ll be able to use what I learnt today not just for myself but for work peers and family and friends too. Both trainers presented well, and liked that it was interactive too. Even though it was online was a well thought-out course which will benefit a lot of people.”
