Tracy is one of our regular volunteers, providing support when she has time. She previously worked as part of our Active Monitoring team. Tracy has also worked in support worker roles, as a pharmacy dispenser and a hospital dietetic assistant. She believes in a balanced approach to mental health. Where possible, she links the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ to her own life.

Being active is a big part of the week for Tracy. She enjoys running, canicross, cycling, swimming and paddle boarding. When not outdoors keeping fit, she can be found enjoying a craft ale and listening to live music.
