Tia is the Head of Quality and CYP Service Development for Dorset Mind. She oversees the development of services as well as building partnerships in the local community, to specifically benefit the wellbeing of young people.
Tia has a journalism, marketing, communications, and management background and is Level 5 qualified in Operational Leadership and Management.
Tia proud to be combining both skill and passion to work in a field that is close to her heart. Supporting young people to develop resilience and normalising conversations about mental health are so important to her.
In Tia’s spare time she likes to teach dance, walk for miles and chat with friends over a coffee.
