Nick is Project Manager for the emerging Dorset Community Mental Health Alliance. This is a newly forming network of non-statutory organisations who wish to work together with statutory sector organisations to address the mental health issues that people of Dorset face.

He spent four decades in journalism, PR and marketing, before moving into the charity sector in 2020. Nick loves working collaboratively and spearheaded a life-saving campaign, which changed the law on carbon monoxide alarms.

He is a volunteer for Julia’s House Children’s Hospice and Dorset’s Riding for the Disabled Association, which helps children with autism.

Nick looks after his own mental wellbeing by exploring Dorset’s spectacular landscape and coast. He loves nothing better than joining friends at Swanage Sea Rowing Club in all weathers to row across the bay.
