Josh is a Children & Young Persons Practitioner who is passionate about breaking the stigma of Mental Health and creating awareness to help as many young people as possible.

Previously working in the Emergency Services, Josh has helped support those with their Mental Health on the frontline and has also helped promote mental wellbeing in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys hobbies such as reading, running, yoga, cycling and even gets a quick sea swim in most mornings along the Dorset coast.

Josh’s goals moving forward into 2021 are to keep studying towards becoming a counsellor, jumping out of an plane for charity and to become a registered public speaker.
