Carers In Mind Support Group – Poole

Carers in MindWho is caring for you?

Carers in Mind is a monthly support group to help carers take a break from caring and focus on self-care. It provides an opportunity to gain support through talking to people who have similar experiences.

Our group is open to anyone who is a carer and would like support with improving their mental health. The aim of the group is to enable people to talk openly without judgement.

Furthermore, workshops will provide positive support with advice and real solutions to challenges faced by carers.

The sessions are friendly and informal, and are held in a safe and confidential environment.
