'Sharing Space' – shortlisted for a Mind Media Award
Congratulations to Allison Blaes of BIRSt Radio… Her Student Radio podcast series ‘Sharing Space’ has been shortlisted for a Mind Media Award. Through the ‘Sharing Space’ series, Allison aimed to reduce the stigma around mental health. She explored issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and social anxiety. By speaking to people with experience of these issues, the end result is personal and thought-provoking.
