New month, new challenge for February!

The key element that makes this challenge more inclusive is that we’re asking you to get active YOUR way – whether you walk, jog, run, wheel the distance – it all counts!

Our CEO Linda O’Sullivan recognises the power of mobilising a community for a purpose. She said “We see time and time again our incredible partners and organisations come together to help local causes. For this challenge, every participant will be also helping their own wellbeing too! 10,000 steps daily is quite a commitment, but I guarantee you’ll benefit from taking this time for yourself.”

Last year Dorset Mind supported 14,351 adults and young people across Dorset, this year we want to support more – and we can only do this with your help.

We know that times are hard, donations however small are very welcome and will help us provide transformational support to people.

How to enter:

You can enter the challenge as an individual – or share your steps with others in a couple or team – it’s always more fun doing challenges with someone else, and it helps keep you accountable.

Find out more by visiting our Mind Over Matter Page – the February drop down has all the information you need – or contact our fundraising team for further information by clicking here (choose ‘Fundraising and Events’).

Our team is ready to support you – every step of the way!
