Mental Health Awareness Week – Body Image

MHAW19 - Body Image

Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 12th to 19th May. This year the theme focuses on ‘Body Image’ – how we look and feel about our body.

Alongside the schedule of events we are participating in, our support services run as normal. You might take note of our Restored Eating Disorder Support group which is particularly relevant to #MHAW19.

Do also keep an eye on our very active social media accounts. Our Youth Ambassadors are taking over our ‘Dorset Mind Your Head’ Instagram account for the week. This is the first time we’ve organised a take over, so we’re excited to see how that goes!
