Main purpose:

To lead a team of volunteers at either an awareness event or fundraising event. The usual duties will include;

An awareness event: let people know about the work of Dorset Mind across Dorset (including: support services, training, education, partnership and volunteering opportunities). In addition, this will include signposting people towards appropriate help where required.

A fundraising event: Collect donations from the public at Dorset Mind supported events across Dorset. Represent Dorset Mind with a professional manor. When appropriate; hand out stickers to give thanks. Some events may require you to use our card machine to take card payments.
