Dorset Mind is seeking a proactive, experienced and personable individual to join the Adult Services team as a Group Facilitator.
A groups practitioner will support in the delivery and coordination of Group services within the Adult Services team. They will provide high-quality services that aim to develop positive wellbeing and increase social connection in adults. Your main role with participants will be to listen, facilitate peer discussions and offer support through introducing tools and techniques to improve mental wellbeing and self-esteem.
This is a key role within the Adult Recovery Services team and the successful candidate will have a track record of supporting people with mental health needs.
