If you are currently serving in the Forces you are entitled to access healthcare via the MoD. If you are worried about your mental health you should visit the medical centre at your base as soon as possible.

Mental Health Services for Veterans
When a member of Armed Forces staff leaves military service their healthcare transfers to the NHS. They are entitled to access civilian mental health services, as described on the NHS services page. All veterans are entitled to priority access to NHS hospital care for any condition that is related to their service.
Cassiobury Court offers free help and advice for veterans who suffer with addiction and mental health problems. Cassiobury Court is a residential alcohol and drug rehab clinic which offers a range of treatments relating to stress and dependency disorders.
Combat Stress is a mental health charity for veterans which provides free specialist clinical treatment and support to ex-servicemen and women with mental health conditions. Community support is offered via their nationwide community teams and more intensive treatment is provided at their three residential treatment centres in Ayrshire, Shropshire and Surrey.

SSAFA provides lifelong support to anyone who is currently serving or has ever served in the Royal Navy, British Army or Royal Air Force.
The Legion provides information, advice and guidance to help the Armed Forces
community find and access the support they need. They help members of the Royal Navy,
British Army, Royal Air Force, Reservists, veterans and their families all year round.
Veteran’s Gateway is a service which acts as the first point of contact for veterans who need support. Information and advice is available relating to a range of topics including housing, mental wellbeing and finances. Advice and support is also available via their Livechat.
