Carer Support

Carers 1:1 Counselling

We offer 1:1 counselling for those caring for someone with an eating disorder (family/friends). This provides a safe space for you to address your concerns with someone who understands the nature of eating disorders and with whom you can share your hopes and fears in confidence. We also have books and resources to help support you in your role as a carer.

Carers 1:1 Support

We offer 1:1 support for anyone caring for someone with an eating disorder. Please call the office or email us to book an appointment.

Training Services

Restored also offers training sessions for professionals who work alongside people experiencing eating disorders (e.g. schools and other statutory and third-sector organisations)

School Services

Restored provide specialist eating disorders services in schools and colleges which includes providing: assemblies, PSHE lessons, parent talks, 1:1 mentoring, counselling and psychotherapy.

Other Support Services

NHS Carer Support Group

For carers of young people: From 7-8.30pm on the last Wednesday of every month. It takes place at Kimmeridge Court, 69 Haven Road, Canford Cliffs, Poole, BH13 7LN.

For any carers: From 7-8:30pm on the last Thursday of every month at Kimmeridge Court Eating Disorder Service. St Ann’s Hospital, 59 Haven Road, Poole, BH13 7LN.
