We understand that you may be feeling high levels of anxiety and uncertainty as we begin to think about returning to normal service delivery.
We want to reassure you that most of our existing support will continue over telephone or video meetings until further notice.

Announcement – The MindOut Bournemouth service is coming back face to face at the Dorset Mind Bournemouth office from Thursday 21st of October 2021 onwards.
Every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm.
Please note that we don’t hold drop-ins at our offices – you must register to access the group before attending. See below on how to access the group.

How to access the group?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest OR get in touch with the group facilitator, John on 07379-281567. No referrals are necessary!
We know it can sometimes be a little daunting to attend your first session. Our facilitators are happy to speak with you before your first session to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have.
You are also welcome to bring a befriender or a support worker to your first few sessions.
Suggested donation: £3 per session.
