‘Every Mind Matters’ from the NHS and Public Health England supports everyone to feel confident in taking action to take care of their mental health and wellbeing.

It does this via their online website that offers a range of tailored self-care actions via a short quiz that encourages you to actively improve your mental health. It also provides information to tackle common mental health problems, such as anxiety, stress, lack of sleep and low mood.

Importantly, the page includes links if you need urgent support or advice if you are helping others who are struggling with their own mental health.
