Challenge yourself to get active every day, your way…
Need help getting active this January? Kickstart 2020 with us.
Come and join Dorset Mind’s RED January team. We can get active together for better mental health.
Whether you walk, run, swim, cycle or choose your favourite fitness activity, set your own goals and enjoy support from the RED community every step, splash and pedal of the way! It’s totally free to take part.
Set up a fundraising page…
You can help other people’s mental health as you improve your own. Support our vital services by fundraising for us as you take on RED January.
Ask your friends and family to sponsor you to do something active each day in January. It’s a challenge, but we’re with you every step of the way!
The first thing to do after you register above, is to set up a JustGiving page – by following this link to Team Dorset’s page. It’s fairly straight-forward, just follow the online prompts. If you do have any problems setting up your page, please don’t hesitate to email us for help.
All fundraisers will receive a specially designed medal at the end of their month-long challenge as a ‘thank you’ from us!
Get your merchandise…
We have limited stock of T-shirts and Snoods available so that you can get yourself kitted out in our official Red January merchandise.
