Will I have my free Will consultation online or face to face?

This consultation can be done either via zoom or face-to-face at the Dorset Mind office in Bournemouth.

Access bereavement support

We understand that grief can be difficult and extremely stressful. How people react to a loss is a very individual process. In most cases, grief is not a mental health problem itself. It is absolutely normal that grief places strain on our everyday lives and it can take a long time to adapt to life after a loss. We hold a lot of resources which could help support you at this time.
