Support Group Facilitators

We are looking for experienced people to join our team of Support Group Facilitators.

Support Group Facilitators are critical members of our Adult Recovery Services team. Working right at the front line of our range of recovery services, they are the people who change lives face to face. With a number of support groups across the county, we are always looking for amazing people to join our movement. We have 6 new groups in the pipeline and our ambition is to continue to develop more.

So we are seeking permanent and bank support group facilitators. You will have experience of counselling, support work or group facilitation and a passion for helping our participants to build resilience and focus on recovery from their mental health difficulties. You will need to be able to work independently and commit to helping us to evaluate and promote our groups.

Bank staff may be required to cover for staff on leave, or training etc, and may sometimes be asked to work as a Group Facilitator running a support group for a fixed period of time. Permanent staff will help to set up, run and collect data for their own group(s). All group facilitators receive clinical supervision and are required to attend team meetings from time to time.
