Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 runs from 14th to 20th May this year, and this year‘s theme is – and did you know that work is one of the largest cause of stress in our lives!
During the week, we’ll be attending activities and events to raise awareness about mental health challenges – and what you can do yourself to help your recovery.
We’ll also be promoting our services, support groups and help available locally.
Not only this, our new Training Manager, Alexis, is delivering FREE workshops for companies across Dorset. The aim is to start the conversation about mental health in the workplace. We want to make it as common to talk about as physical health.
