R.E.D January – Beat the blues
We’re proud to be working with Run Every Day (R.E.D) January 2018 to help you beat the blues.
We want to help encourage YOU to start the New Year in a positive way by exercising every day for a month. Physical activity can be very beneficial for our wellbeing as well as our physical health.
The best thing is that there are no rules – you can walk, run or skip through January – the idea is simply to get active every day.
And if you choose to fundraise for us, you’ll receive plenty of support along the way, including a t-shirt*, fundraising guide and lots of downloadable resources. And by joining our R.E.D January community on Facebook you can exchange motivational tips and advice with local fundraisers during your challenge.
Here’s how you can help beat the blues
Start Date: 1st January 2018.
Registration: Registration is FREE – please fill in the form below.
Distance: There are no rules – you set your own target – the challenge is to get active every day in January.
Fundraising Target: Choose to fundraise for Dorset Mind during your challenge & receive a R.E.D January Medal… Give yourself a realistic target – why not aim to raise £31? That’s just £1 every day in January (£62 is £2 per day, £93 is £3 per day, £155 is £5 per day).
