The aims of the Stress and Anxiety Training Course are to:

  • identify what stress and anxiety are
  • provide an understanding of the symptoms of stress and anxiety
  • identify the differences between anxiety and stress
  • provide an understanding of the Threat System – Fight or Flight
  • explain negative automatic thoughts
  • provide an understanding of what can help alleviate stress and anxiety
