The aims of the Stress and Anxiety Training Course are to:
- identify what stress and anxiety are
- provide an understanding of the symptoms of stress and anxiety
- identify the differences between anxiety and stress
- provide an understanding of the Threat System – Fight or Flight
- explain negative automatic thoughts
- provide an understanding of what can help alleviate stress and anxiety
