Emotional resilience

The aims of the emotional resilience training course are to:

  • identify what emotional resilience is and why it is important
  • provide an understanding of the types of workplace and personal challenges that require resilience
  • identify the characteristics of resilient people
  • provide an understanding of what can help build emotional resilience

The course is designed to be delivered in a 3 hour slot, but can be adapted to run in less.
