The aims of the emotional resilience training course are to:
- identify what emotional resilience is and why it is important
- provide an understanding of the types of workplace and personal challenges that require resilience
- identify the characteristics of resilient people
- provide an understanding of what can help build emotional resilience
The course is designed to be delivered in a 3 hour slot, but can be adapted to run in less.
