Women in Mind Support Group
Women in Mind provides a safe, secure and understanding environment in which women with mental health problems can support each other.
There is the opportunity to talk about feelings and share experiences. Each week a chosen topic is discussed. Subjects covered include self-esteem, relationships, loneliness and motivation. Support networks, alternative and conventional therapies, feelings and emotions are also covered.
We also offer the group a range of activities. These include: arts and crafts, local outings, music, movement and relaxation.
