Dorset Mind does not offer any undertaking as to whether a particular Dorset Mind service is suitable for any particular person.  Dorset Mind does not make any assessment of anyone’s mental health or circumstances prior to the attendance at a group or service.

MindOut, Weymouth Anxiety,Depression,LGBTI,Other MindOut is a support group offering a safe, confidential and accepting environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people experiencing mental health problems. Support involves non-judgmental listening skills, giving feedback or input if/when requested and some use of counselling skills (but it is not counselling or group therapy).

Befriending, Bournemouth Befriending Dorset Mind Befriending service offers individual support by trained volunteer befrienders to those with mental health problems. The aim is to improve the quality of life of clients by helping them to regain confidence and social skills so they can become self-sufficient again
Activities Group, Bournemouth Anxiety,Depression,Other Dorset Mind's Activities Group aims to provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment in which anyone with mental health difficulties feels supported, encouraged and stimulated.
Head Office, Bournemouth Dorset Mind work across Dorset, offering support to anyone in the county facing a mental health problem, or caring for those who are.
