New ambassador Amie plays Branksome Railway

Amie Louise and Friends at Branksome Railway HotelOur new ambassador Amie Bedford is hosting her second music fundraiser for Dorset Mind.  It’s on Saturday 23rd September at the Branksome Railway Hotel.

Live music at the Branksome Railway Hotel

The live music kicks off at 5pm until late.  If you take a look at the poster you might recognise some of the musicians from Calvin Glen’s recent Hat Trick event.  Local music legends such as Si Genaro, Brothers Grimmer, and Dorset Mind’s very own Calvin Glen and Sarah-Jane Sheffield.

There’s also a few acts that we’ve not heard of, so we’re really looking forward to hearing them perform…

The Bournemouth live music scene is simply incredible, and has a very high standard of musicality.  You’ll hear covers and original music and an immense variety of styles.

There will of course be a super raffle – and all money raised on the night will go towards our new Youth Services.  Prizes so far include donations from Waitrose Branksome, The Natural Body Cafe, The Co-Op, McDonalds, Slimming World, and Fitness First.

Thanks to everyone who is playing on the night – and those who have contributed to the raffle!
