Project Development Manager – Rural Dorset

Dorset Mind is expanding its services to reach all parts of Dorset.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager(s) to help us to achieve that. This post is highly suitable for a job share.
Dorset Mind intends to deliver education programmes and support services in every town in the county. In order to do that, we need to raise extensive funds and manage the logistics of this substantial expansion.
Candidates for this post will need to be able to demonstrate their success in managing previous projects, their exceptional communication skills and their ability to juggle multiple work priorities.
The post(s) will be mainly based at our Dorchester office with flexible home-working to allow for travel across the county.  As such the ideal candidate will need to able to work autonomously, travel extensively, build long term relationships with potential funders and stakeholders and contribute positively to development of the organisation.
The post(s) is for 24 hours per week.
